Samuel L. Rubinstein serves as Dean of Student Services at NYCPM. Samuel worked previously with Touro University Central Administration as Director of Space Scheduling and Special Events. Additionally, he teaches Psychology at NYSCAS. Samuel focuses on developing strong student support and systems to ensure student success.
