Dr. Eunice Ramsey-Parker serves as a Director of Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at the Foot Center of NY, and New York College of Podiatric Medicine at Touro University in Harlem, NY and Staff Physician at the Eric B. Chandler Health Center a FQHC in New Brunswick, NJ.
Dr. Parker is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, BA, Biology, The New York College of Podiatric Medicine, DPM- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and New York Medical College, MPH – Health Policy and Management.
Dr. Parker has dedicated her career to providing excellent healthcare to patients in medically underserved areas in both New York and New Jersey. In her former role as FCNY Clinic Administrator, she provided leadership to a staff of physicians, ancillary staff and third and fourth year medical students in their clinical clerkship as well managing patient care, scheduling, credentialing, the billing cycle, and fiscal responsibilities. As Director of Corporate Compliance Dr. Parker ensures compliance with local, state and federal government guidelines for healthcare facilities.
As Staff Physician at the Eric B. Chandler Health Center, New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Parker provides podiatric care to the underserved community. Her major concerns are the problems that plague inner city communities: healthcare disparities, poor outcomes of patients with diabetes, hypertension and strokes and most importantly access to healthcare. Dr. Parker actively participates and promotes health education and awareness through community-based health fairs and vaccine drives in Harlem, New York and in New Jersey.
Dr. Parker is also an ordained Deacon and serves the spiritual needs of congregants in a large Harlem, NY church.
