NYCPM Housing at The Bridges provides fully furnished, suite-style luxury apartment accommodations, rooftop patios, study lounge, fitness center, media lounge and laundry facility.
- Location: 124th Street & Third Avenue in Manhattan
- Modern kitchens fully equipped with all appliances.
- Units consist of suites, deluxe singles, singles, and singled-shared.
- Each unit has two full bathrooms.
- Singles and Singled-Shared include a twin bed, dressers and desk.
- Deluxe singles include a full-size bed, dressers, desk and personal refrigerator.
- Suites include separate sleeping and living/study areas with a full-size bed, dressers, desk, lounge chair and personal refrigerator.
- Super Suite (includes: extra spacious separate living/study space, full sized bed, dressers, desk, personal refrigerator, and love seat with private balcony).
To be considered for NYCPM Housing, the applicant must submit an online application.

Additional Info
- A $100 non-refundable processing fee must be submitted to the Student Housing Dept. in order to receive consideration.
- Priority will be given to NYCPM students and out-of-state students on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All NYCPM Housing Contracts are for one (1) full year.
- All private (residential rooms, apartments, and bathrooms) and public areas (main lobbies, common areas, patios, hallways, and stairwells) in all residential facilities have a no-smoking, no-pets policy.
- While NYCPM does it best to accommodate requests, NYCPM cannot guarantee all housing preferences and apartment-mate requests.
- All utilities and Wi-Fi included.
